Do I need a work permit to apply?
If you hold an EU passport, no work permit is needed. We can help you with the necessary paperwork and steps once you’re hired.

Is accommodation included, and what does it consist of?
Yes — we provide free staff accommodation. It’s shared housing with coworkers and includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living area. Bedrooms are private single rooms. We provide bedding, a pillow and a towel. The kitchen is stocked with the basics (plates, cutlery, cups, pans and cooking utensils) so you can cook meals at home.

Can I choose who I share accommodation with?
You can share your preference and we’ll do our best to accommodate it, but final room assignments depend on availability and logistics.

Will I need to speak Spanish or any other languages?
A good level of English is required. Any additional languages are a big plus. We also provide language support and encourage the team to improve their language skills during the season.

What is the dress code or uniform policy?
Front-of-house staff receive personalised t-shirts for each restaurant and you can wear your own suitable trousers. Kitchen staff are provided with full kitchen uniform.

Will I be trained for the role?
Yes. We provide training so you feel confident, supported, and clear on our standards and service style.

Do you provide medical insurance?
Basic work medical coverage may be included, but we recommend having your own travel insurance or personal cover for the duration of your stay.

Are meals included during my shifts?
Yes — staff meals are provided. You can eat before or after your shift, or during your break. Full details are shared during the hiring process.

Is there Wi-Fi in the accommodation?
Not every apartment has Wi-Fi. However, you can use free Wi-Fi at any of our restaurants.

Do you provide assistance with travel arrangements?
We don’t cover travel costs, but we can guide you on the best ways to travel to Mallorca and how to reach our location once you arrive.
