BAR STAFF
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and preparing high-quality drinks.

Interact with guests, understanding their preferences to recommend and serve drinks they'll enjoy.

Collaborate with the team, including other bar staff, servers, and management, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Support your colleagues during busy periods by assisting with bar and floor tasks as needed.

Master the drink menu, including cocktails, wines, and daily specials, to confidently offer recommendations.

Prepare and serve beverages with consistency, ensuring they meet presentation and quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times.

Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
-
Be dependable, arriving on time and ready to contribute to a positive team environment.

What You Bring..

Passport of EU National or holding permit to work in Spain

Previous kitchen experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Be reliable and hardworking with ability to work efficiently under pressure

Language requirement- conversational in English (and desire to learn more langauges)

Must be available to work for the FULL summer season 2026 from April to October
