CHEF'S, KITCHEN ASSISTANTS AND PIZZAOLIO
CHEF
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
-
Lead the kitchen team on shift: assign sections, set priorities, keep service running smoothly
-
Control food quality and consistency: final checks, standards, and timing
-
Plan prep and production: mise en place lists, forecasting, and ensuring readiness for service
-
Manage stock and ordering: deliveries, inventory, FIFO, waste control
-
Ensure full food safety compliance: HACCP, allergens, cleaning schedules, temperature logs
-
Train and supervise staff: onboarding, coaching, performance and discipline when needed

PIZZAOLIO
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
-
Make and manage dough (mixing/portioning/proofing schedule)
-
Stretch bases and build pizzas to spec (portion + presentation)
-
Run the oven safely (temp control, bake timing, consistency)
-
Keep speed and quality during peak service
-
Maintain hygiene + allergen control at the station
-
Prep/stock control for dough and toppings + end-of-shift close-down
KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
-
Assist with chopping, peeling, and prepping ingredients for dishes.
-
Prepare simple dishes and side items according to kitchen guidelines and standards.
-
Assist in portioning and assembling food items as directed by chefs and cooks.
-
Maintain a clean and organised workspace by following health and safety regulations.
-
Work quickly and efficiently to assist in meeting service times.
-
Follow all food safety guidelines, including temperature controls, sanitization, and proper food handling techniques.

What You Bring..
-
Applicants must already have permission to work in Spain (for example, EU freedom of movement or a valid Spanish work permit
-
Previous kitchen experience
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work well in a team environment
-
Be reliable and hardworking with ability to work efficiently under pressure
-
Language requirement- conversational in English (and desire to learn more langauges)

Must be available to work for the FULL summer season 2026 from April to October
